Establishment of a motor oils and lubricants production
establishment of a modern motor oils and lubricants production complex in the Samarqand region with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons. The facility will produce high-quality automotive and industrial lubricants, including gasoline & diesel engine oils, industrial & hydraulic oils, transmission fluids, greases, and special lubricants. The project utilizes locally refined base oils (from Bukhara refinery) blended with imported additives, meeting API and ACEA international standards. It aims to substitute over 70% of imported lubricants in Uzbekistan, export up to 25% of output to Central Asia, create over 250 skilled jobs, and significantly increase value-added in the petrochemical sector.
