The project aims to reduce import dependency, substitute $40–50M imports annually, and create export opportunities to Central Asia, CIS, Afghanistan, and the Middle East. The facility will integrate advanced manufacturing, testing laboratories, and R&D for hybrid and eco-friendly solutions.
